JUSTIFICATION AND OVERVIEW:

While basic red teaming and covert entry introduce the foundations of adversarial simulation, true operational capability requires refinement, adaptability, and deep understanding of human behavior, system exploitation, and advanced access techniques. In high-security environments—government sites, defense contractors, data centers, and critical infrastructure—attackers must bypass not just locks, but layered access controls, surveillance systems, behavioral monitoring, and rapid response protocols.

The Advanced Red Teaming & Covert Entry Training course is designed to transform capable students into professional-grade physical intrusion specialists, ready to lead or support red team operations in the most hardened and monitored environments. This course picks up where the Basic Red Teaming & Covert Entry leaves off, requiring prior completion and a working knowledge of standard entry tools, recon methods, and threat simulation principles.

This advanced course dives deeper into deceptive infiltration, mechanical and electronic bypass, surveillance evasion, team-based entry under real-world stress, and adversary emulation at the level used by state actors, APTs, and corporate espionage professionals. It includes realistic scenarios, live site testing, and deep focus on post-exploitation—assessing what could be done once access has been achieved.

All content is grounded in legal, ethical red team methodology and prepares participants to operate within government and enterprise red teams or offer contracted offensive services under strict governance.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT:

This course equips students with advanced physical intrusion capabilities, operational deception techniques, and full-spectrum red team planning. It prepares qualified operators to lead or support covert entry missions in complex, monitored, and security-mature environments.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Mandatory prerequisite: Basic Red Teaming & Covert Entry Training or equivalent operational experience (subject to vetting). Course is restricted to vetted law enforcement, military, intelligence, or cleared defense sector professionals. Students must pass a readiness assessment to ensure baseline proficiency with lock tools, entry techniques, and operational planning. Students may be issued restricted or specialist tools under NDA and tool control agreements. Attendees must be physically able to conduct live site movement, concealment, and infiltration tasks (non-strenuous, but practical).

INDICATIVE COURSE CONTENT:

Module 1: Operational Planning & Objective Design

• Threat modeling: simulating insider, state-level, and supply-chain adversaries

• Multi-site campaign planning and phased entry operations

• Red team operations lifecycle: from concept to reporting

Module 2: Surveillance Evasion & Movement

• Bypassing CCTV, IR, and sensor systems

• Movement techniques: low-light, no-light, and concealment in plain sight

• Pattern disruption: blending in without triggering alarms or attention

Module 3: Advanced Entry Techniques

• Defeating magnetic locks, electric strikes, and badge-controlled doors

• Lock impressioning, decoding, and tubular lock compromise

• Exploiting security design flaws in high-security environments

Module 4: Insider Threat Emulation & Human Exploitation

• Advanced social engineering (long-form engagement, false authority, piggybacking with purpose)

• Badge cloning, RFID/NFC emulation, and HID-based access bypass

• Manipulating internal staff and exploiting protocol failures

Module 5: Covert Communication & Entry Team Coordination

• Non-verbal signals, low-emission comms, and fallback planning

• Live entry team coordination: timing, roles, and conflict mitigation

• Deconfliction, escape, and contingency actions during field ops

Module 6: Post-Exploitation & Intelligence Collection

• What to do after access: document harvesting, system access, secure room assessments

• Simulated device planting, covert USB installs, and forensic awareness

• Prioritising intelligence, reporting chain, and escalation criteria
