The DARKMATTER® ArmorFit™ Advanced Fitment System is a universal strap-and-pad system that optimizes overall performance of all makes and models of ballistic armor plates. The system provides secure and individualized fitment, improves equipment loading, and ensures proper orientation of body-worn ballistic armor to linear projectile impacts (i.e. ballistic strikes, fragmentation, kinetic events). ArmorFit is engineered with DARKMATTER® materials to better protect the pericardial region (heart, pulmonary hilum, sternum) and central line of the chest—areas critical to surviving a ballistic impact or violent force encounter.
